How to reach the AI Gear Stack editorial team — corrections, questions, review enquiries and press.

We read everything that arrives. Below is where to send it so it reaches the right person quickly.

Corrections and factual errors

This is the message we most want to receive. If a specification is wrong, a claim is out of date, or a recommendation no longer holds, tell us and we will check it.

Please include the page URL and, where you can, a source. We publish material corrections openly on our corrections page.

Buying questions

If you are trying to work out what to buy and our guides have not settled it, send us the specifics — your budget, what you want to run, and any constraints such as power, noise or physical space. Answers to good questions frequently become articles, and we will tell you if yours does.

Review enquiries from manufacturers

We are glad to hear about new hardware.

To set expectations clearly, in line with our editorial policy:

  • We do not accept payment for coverage, for a recommendation, or for a score.
  • We do not agree to review conditions, embargo terms that require a positive angle, or copy approval.
  • Review hardware is disclosed on the page, and is returned or declared where the value requires it.
  • Sending hardware does not guarantee coverage.

Press and partnerships

For advertising, sponsorship or newsletter partnerships, get in touch and we will send our current rate card and editorial separation terms.

Something else

Anything that does not fit the above — including questions about how the site works — is welcome too.

Send us a message

So we can reply. We do not add it to any list.

Optional, but it speeds up corrections considerably.

We use what you send only to reply and to act on corrections. See our privacy policy.
